  • hydrogen

You will gain an understanding of the functioning of the electrical energy system, the importance of energy storage and its integration into the system.

In addition, the following contents play a special role in the course of study:

  • construction law
  • energy law
  • regulation
  • international project financing
  • project management
  • project development

All topics are of course always considered with an international focus. In addition to the compulsory courses, you can choose from a range of electives – according to your personal preferences. We care about your intercultural skills, which is why this master’s programme offers wide-ranging opportunities to apply your knowledge in practice-oriented and intercultural projects right from the start. The entire programme is taught in English. Of course we give you the opportunity to learn German, too. For this purpose, we maintain partnerships with companies in the field of renewable energies. So you are welcome to work in close coordination or cooperation with companies in Germany, in your home country or anywhere in the world during this master's programme. Career prospects with a master’s degree

One possible start is to join the project development department of a company or a bank engaged in the development of renewable energy projects at the international level, perhaps in your home country. A governmental organisation would also be a suitable employer. Last but not least, working as a private project developer is a sound option in this field, too. Your educational profile makes you particularly interesting on the international job market, but not only that.

For inspiration, here are a few concrete career options at home and abroad:

  • Project management
