Carolin Fischer was able to convince the jury as "Student of the Year".

In a close decision, Carolin Fischer was able to win this year's Award of the Immobilien Manager Verlag as Student of the Year in this year's award. She was presented with the award as part of the digital finale. For the jury, Carolin Fischer has all that it takes for an outstanding professional career: Excellent study results, convincing social commitment and a clear opinion, which she represents eloquently and with contagious enthusiasm in personal conversations. "It makes me very proud that our graduate Ms Fischer has received this special award, and I congratulate her most sincerely," says a delighted Prof. Dr Verena Rock, who supervised the 2018 real estate management student during her Bachelor's thesis at TH Aschaffenburg.

After her au pair stay in the USA, Carolin Fischer began her Bachelor's degree in International Real Estate Management at TH Aschaffenburg in 2014, which she completed in 2018 with a grade of 1.6. During her studies, she gained experience abroad in Thailand and as an intern in London, among other places. She then moved to Holzminden for her Master's degree and completed the Real Estate Management course there with a grade of 1.3 and the Kemper Foundation's sponsorship award for the best Master's thesis. She developed criteria for successful logistics investments in CEP real estate. The results of her work are already being used in fund management by Hamburg-based Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate, where Carolin Fischer has been working since last summer.

In addition to her strong performance at the university, she convinced the jury with her volunteer work. She has been involved in helping refugees as a child carer and was on the board of the Students meet Real Estate e. V. association for several years. For this, she received the ANA Award from the Akademikernetzwerk Aschaffenburg during her studies.
