Are you interested in how to manage international companies successfully and are you looking to work with people from other cultures and to be active on an international level? Then take a moment to read the following text, because perhaps this Master's programme is exactly what you are still missing to get fully started in your career. You lead companies to success with a vision for current global trends and innovations as well as an excellent instinct for beneficial intercultural cooperation. With this degree you will have the best job prospects.
You learn everything you need to know to succeed in a management job in an international setting. Within three semesters, you will expand your knowledge to a new level and finish with the Master's thesis. We offer you a broadly diversified education that covers specific topics of international management as well as human resource management, marketing, law and trade relations - of course always with an international focus. And in addition to the compulsory courses, you can choose between numerous elective specialisations - according to your personal preferences. We care about your intercultural competence, and that is exactly why this Master's programme offers many opportunities to look beyond only studying: whether it’s a semester abroad or interesting encounters during the international summer schools in Finland and the USA. But you can also do an internship abroad. Another plus point: The entire programme is taught in English. In this way, you will be ideally prepared for your job in an international company.
Being competent to act in the areas of leadership and management in an international context - this is what we focus on. You deepen your subject knowledge and learn to reflect critically on the material. And you will learn to apply what you have learned in practice. For example, the intercultural projects of the Summer Schools or your internship abroadare suitable for this.
You already have a successful Bachelor's degree in business, economics or related fields under your belt and are interested in leadership and management in an international context? Then the Master's programme in International Management at the Aschaffenburg UAS is just the thing for you.

We recommend the appropriate modules for your admission. During your Master's programme, you have enough time to complete these additional modules.
- You also need to demonstrate language skills in English (at least B2) and German (at least A1). You can find out which certificates are valid and what you need as on our page Application.
We maintain partnerships with numerous universities worldwide. In this Master's programme, you can either take a whole semester abroad or just study abroad from September to December. In consultation with the International Office, we set up a curriculum which, if possible, can be fully credited to the courses at the Aschaffenburg UAS.
