International Project Week at Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences in April 2024
The International Project Week at Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences (AUAS) has already become a tradition. Organized for many years on campus, it was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic and replaced by virtual international project days.
In 2024, the event will return to the university premises. However, we will combine the lessons learned from successfully communicating online with the opportunity to participate in a motivating international learning experience together with our German students here in Aschaffenburg.
You are invited to join us for this event. Work alongside a mixed international student team, enjoy workshops with international guest lecturers, and learn about studying at Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences. You will also have the chance to take part in trips and visits in and around Aschaffenburg in the afternoons.
Preliminary Schedule
- End of March: Virtual kick-off meeting and participant team assignments (1 hour)
- End of March to April 22: Team pre-assignment (6 hours)
- End of March to April 22: Online learning package (10 hours)
- April 22-26: International Project Week on campus (student presentations, workshops with international lecturers, and interesting afternoon activities such as trips and visits)
Opportunity to gain 3 ECTS credits
This is a great opportunity to earn 3 ECTS credits. Successful participation in all mandatory parts of the International Project Week (virtual kick-off, team pre-assignment, online learning package, and the presentations and workshops during the week) will result in the award of 3 ECTS credits. Students will be evaluated based on their participation (pass/fail).
Fees
Students from our ERASMUS+ partner universities will not be required to pay any program or tuition fees.
